Dell Inspiron Mini 9 Available Now: Windows XP $399, Ubuntu $349

While this isn't earth shattering news, Dell is on the UMPC-Low cost-laptop kick like most other manufacturers, and now has there little gem on sale.

With an Intel Atom processor and a 4 - 16 GB SSD, this mini-Dell is a direct competitor with the Eee. But since it is a Dell, that may have some iffy users thinking twice about not buying one of these machines.
